Amethyst Cottage is a lovely two bedroom cottage which nestles at the foot of the picturesque Temperance steps just a few yards from the waterfront at Brixham harbour. The property has just undergone a complete refurbishment and makes a spacious and well- appointed holiday home right in the heart of Brixham. On the top floor there is a very spacious lounge with doors opening onto a private patio area which provides a wonderful place to sit outside and relax- a rare feature of cottages which are so close to the harbour.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with ice compartment, electric oven, halogen hob and microwave whilst a separate utility room provides a washing machine. There are two bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom and a further bedroom with twin beds. The Spacious lounge on the top floor has a digital TV with DVD player.

Ground Floor; Double bedroom with en suite including walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Utility room with washing machine.
First Floor; Kitchen-Dining room, Twin bedroom with TV and DVD player, family bathroom with shower over, washbasin and WC.
Top Floor; Spacious lounge with digital TV, DVD player and glazed door to patio.

The owners have installed wireless broadband which is available for your use use. Small well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy. Free unrestricted parking is available in the roads at the top of Temperance steps, alternatively the town centre car park is a short walk away for which weekly tickets are available.

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
