It features a spacious lounge/dining room with feature fireplace and patio windows opening on to a balcony, giving wonderful sea views across Torbay. The property is conveniently situated in one of Brixham's most popular locations tucked away behind the marina, with the breakwater, harbour and town center all only a few minutes walk away and there is free Wifi available for your use

The spacious kitchen has just been refitted and includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, whilst a separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier for your use. The bathroom features a bath with shower over and there is a separate WC. The bungalow has three bedrooms in total, a double with french windows opening onto the rear garden and a further twin-bedded room on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with additional single sofa bed and dormer window, giving views of the bay.

Outside there is a large driveway with parking for several vehicles, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and decking area from which sea views can be enjoyed. The bungalow is near the end of a quiet cu-de-sac, enjoying the convenience of proximity of the town and sea views from the windows in the the lounge and upstairs bedroom.

Weekly change-overs are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it allows much easier traveling in the peak periods. We do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £40 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
