Castaway Cottage in Brixham is a charming, fresh and well-appointed cottage. Its outstanding position and large double glazed windows offer magnificent sea and harbour views. It has 1 double room, 1 twin room and 1 single room sleeping 5 adults in comfort.

Have a front-row seat to see the lifeboat setting out on a rescue mission and the trawlers arriving with their daily catch. Relax watching the yacht races, the ferry boats and the twinkling lights emerging after a glorious Torbay sunset.

Castaway is in a quiet position very close to the shops, restaurants and cafes around the beautiful inner harbour. It is one minute's walk from Furzeham Park and is conveniently placed for the Coastal Path with its picturesque walks and secluded coves. Enjoy cosy out-of-season evenings in front of the open fire.

There is free on street parking within 50m of the property and the Oxen Cove car park is only a short distance away. For a small additional charge we can provide you with a weekly permit that can be used at Oxen Cove and most other council owned car parks throughout Torbay.

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday and short breaks are generally available from November to Easter (outside of the school holidays shaded green on the price list). We do not charge booking fees or extra for pets. Prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity & cleaning, you just need to bring you own bed linen and towels (we provide duvets and pillows for each bed). For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices.
