Clam Cottage Saturday Change-over

Clam Cottage is a newly renovated Grade II listed cottage around 300m from the waterfront at Brixham Marina. The property has undergone a top to bottom refurbishment, using the very highest quality materials to create a truly magnificent property which combines traditional character features, with contemporary styling.

The property has three storeys and has a lounge on the top level enjoying sea views, the middle level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the ground floor has a quality kitchen and spacious dining room with oak floor and real fireplace. To the outside there are three separate seating areas and a car parking space opposite the property.

Ground floor: Steps lead up to front terrace with table and chairs. Front door to dining room with oak flooring, beamed ceiling, open fire with original stone hearth, soft seating, dining table seating 6, TV and music system with iPod dock. Quality fitted kitchen with gas range cooker, dishwasher and larder fridge. Rear door leading to outside utility room with washing machine, breakfast seating and steps to rear terrace with table chairs and sea views

First floor: Master bedroom with double bed and en suite with walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Twin bedded room with built in wardrobes and further bedroom with bunk beds. Family shower room with walk in shower washbasin and WC.

Second Floor: Lounge with laminate flooring, sea views, corner suite and flat screen digital TV

Being in an elevated position there are steep steps leading to the front door and rear terrace so this property can't be recommended for those with mobility difficulties and young children will need supervision in the outside areas. The property has the benefit of a rented car parking space just across the road from the property.

Small well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy

Weekly changeovers are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £40 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
