Cobbler's Cottage is a tiny one bedroom, terraced fisherman's cottage situated in an old street close to Brixham town centre. The cottage has a new south facing conservatory and patio area with plant pots and seating which has a view of the town and provides an ideal secluded spot to sit out and relax.

Inside the cottage there is an open-plan living room including a cosy sitting area with a coal burning stove, digital TV and DVD player. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and two recessed cabin beds, providing additional sleeping for up to 2 juniors if required.

The cottage is heated with electric heaters with an immersion heater for hot water. Electricity is included in the rental and for a small extra charge the owners will provide a coal and firelighters for the stove if you would like to use it during your stay.

Ground Floor: Kitchen/Diner: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Dining table and chairs. French doors to new UPVC conservatory with door and steps to patio.

First Floor: Bedroom with double bed and twin recessed cabin beds. Bathroom with small bath with shower over, wc and wash basin.

There is free on street parking within 200m of the property and the town centre car park is a similar distance away.

Weekly change-over's are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive and for bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
