The property is conveniently situated in one of Brixham's most popular locations tucked away behind the breakwater in a terrace with plentiful private parking with the beach, harbour and town centre all only a 10 minute walk away. Outside to the front of the property there is a driveway parking for one car with additional off-road parking available to the side of the house.

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £40 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
