Fairy Cottage is a very spacious two bedroom holiday cottage conveniently situated a 10 minute walk from both Brixham town centre and the beautiful coastline at St Mary's bay. The property has just undergone a complete refurbishment and transformation into a bright and spacious holiday home, which includes a conservatory and secluded and sunny outside seating area. All of the rooms are very generously sized and the property has been tastefully decorated throughout with a seaside theme making Fairy Cottage an ideal holiday property for couples and families alike.

Ground Floor : Entrance hall leading to separate dining room with dining table, 4 chairs and bay window to front. French doors lead to the Lounge with two sofas, living flame gas fire, 36"digital TV, DVD player and large coffee table. Fold-out sofa bed providing additional double sleeping accomodation if required. Door from the hall leads to well fitted kitchen with electric cooker & ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave.
First Floor ; Bedroom with double bed, drawers and clothes hanging space. Further spacious bedroom with two full size single beds and clothes storage. Large bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside;A door leads from the kitchen to a sunny conservatory with seating and doors to the secluded rear decking with table and chairs.

Well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy. Free unrestricted parking is available in Knick Knack Lane which runs to the side of the property. Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
