This cottage is a 3 storey fisherman’s cottage situated approximately 100m from the harbourside. It makes a very comfortable holiday home, with the very rare convenience of private off road parking a few feet from the back door.

Ground floor: Newly fitted kitchen, with fridge, washing machine and electric cooker. Lounge / Dining room with woodburner which gives it a very cosy atmosphere, together with dining table and TV with freeview and DVD.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 with King size bed and ensuite shower. Spacious bathroom, with bath and separate shower cubicle and washbasin.

Second Floor: Bedroom, with "sea peep" from the sash window, twin beds. Bedroom with double bed.

Outside: A door from the kitchen leads to a small outside seating area with table and chairs beside the private off road parking space. The harbourside is just down the road and the water of the harbour can be seen from the front door.  Around the harbour are the port's many restaurants and pubs, together with the jetty for the ferry service to Torquay. Well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
