Limpets Cottage is a character fisherman's cottage with beautiful views of the colourful harbour. It is owned by a well-renowned local artist who has created a charming and characterful cottage retreat in this very special location. The cottage has a sunny lounge/diner with harbour views from the table, a kitchen with french window overlooking the garden and two bedrooms (one double and one twin with en suite WC and basin).

There is a large family bathroom with roll-top bath and shower over, whilst to the rear of the cottage is a pretty and private terraced garden which is an ideal spot to sit out and relax.

This cottage also benefits from a private parking space nearby, which is very rare for properties so close to the harbour. Being conveniently situated just a short walk from the town itis ideally situated for you to enjoy the variety of activities and venues that Brixham has to offer right on your doorstep.

Weekly change-overs are on a Friday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
