Lobster Pot is a 2 bedroom traditional fisherman's cottage with a commanding position overlooking both the harbour and marina, featuring corner windows on two levels which give truly magnificent panoramic views across Torbay. The cottage is conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the town and bustling harbour area and with its outstanding views, sunny patio and cosy atmosphere, makes an ideal holiday choice throughout the year.

Entrance level; Large through lounge with corner window giving outstanding sea views, TV with DVD player and music system. There are two sofas, an armchair and window seat with a gas fire for cosy winter nights. An open plan staircase leads down to patio level and up to first floor.

Patio Level; Dining area with feature stone wall dining table with 4 chairs, french doors opening onto patio. Large well equipped kitchen, with pine units, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

First floor; Open plan staircase leads up from entrance level to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with Twin beds, also having a corner window and rocking chair to sit and enjoy the sea views. Further bedroom with double bed and newly fitted shower room with large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside; Leading from the dining room there is a sunny enclosed patio with views of the harbour and garden furniture, which makes an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the ever changing seascape. Lobster Pot is located in a quiet road above the harbour in an area with free unrestricted roadside parking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Lobster Pot subject to our pet policy.

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
