The sandy beach at Goodrington and ferry to Dartmouth are within a few minutes drive and there are two National Trust properties within walking distance, Coleton Fishacre with its magnificent gardens and Greenway House the holiday home of Agatha Christie. The property has driveway parking and a good sized garage, making an ideal choice for those bringing a boats, bikes or wind surfers on holiday, and it backs on to a wooded area which is ideal for walks. The owners have installed broadband internet access which is available for you use free of charge.

Up to three well behaved dogs may accompany their responsible owners at Milton Park at no extra charge subject to our pet policy.

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
