Moorings End is a spacious 3 bedroom property with garden and parking, which features a lounge with bay window giving wonderful sea views across Torbay. A 500yd waterfront stroll will take you past the marina to Shoalstone beach, or if you go in the other direction you will be at Brixham's bustling harbour.

There are three bedrooms (1x king, 1x double, 1 x twin. There is also an additional fold-away bed and travel cot for juniors if required). The Master bedroom on the top floor has stunning views across the harbour, bay and marina.

The Fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and separate dining area with seating for 6. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We have now installed a dedicated broadband internet connection with a desktop PC for your use (also a wireless connection for laptops) and PS2 games console which doubles up as a DVD player

Outside you will have exclusive use of the private south facing rear-garden, with a lawned area, which makes an ideal sun trap for relaxing and having barbeques. We have a small gym with rowing machine and sit-up deck if you feel the urge to burn off a few calories, and there is private off-road parking to the rear of the property

Weekly change-overs are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it allows much easier traveling in the peak periods. We do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity & cleaning. You just need to bring you own bed linen and towels. (we provide duvets and pillows for each bed). Outside of the school holidays (shaded green on price list) short breaks are available Sun-Thurs, or Thurs-Sun @ 75% of the weekly rate, and for bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of 10% to the combined weekly prices.
