Pisces Cottage is a Grade II listed cottage situated in a row of traditional cottages leading up from Brixham harbour with its variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The lounge features a log burner, beamed ceilings and exposed stone work which provide a cosy and traditional feel and we are sure that this cottage will prove to be very popular with couples and families alike looking for a special holiday location close to the bustling harbour and town centre.

Ground Floor:Lounge with beamed ceiling, exposed stone walls and log burning stove. Digital TV, DVD player, stereo with radio and CD player. 2 leather sofas and dining table with 4 chairs. Galley Kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge with ice compartment, microwave electric kettle and toaster. Bathroom with wc, washbasin and bath with shower over.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 with king sized bed, dressing table wardrobe and drawers.

Second Floor:Bedroom 2 with king sized bed, wardrobe, drawers.

Outside The property has shared use of an adjacent enclosed grassed area, with bench seating and clothes drying facilities.

There is free on street parking within 50m of the property in Elkins Hill. Well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
