Picture yourself sitting on the decking in the warm sun listening to bird song and watching the ships on the sea beyond the fields as your children play in the large secure garden – there is even a swing and a slide for the younger ones. The rooms are light and airy with beautiful views of the countryside with the sea in the distance. For cooler days, this artist owned property is centrally heated with a cosy open fire. It has free WiFi, as well as Freeview TV with dvd and video player.

Ruby commands a central location on the Brixham peninsular, within easy reach of both Kingswear and Dartmouth as well as Brixham Harbour. Broadsands beach is just a matter of minutes away by car. In addition there are two National Trust properties within a few minutes drive, Coleton Fishacre with it magnificent gardens and Greenway House the holiday home of Agatha Christie. Alternatively, you can enjoy a countryside walk along the coastal path to Mansands beach directly from the back garden.

Lounge: Sunny room with feature stone wall, log fire, sofa, two comfy arm chairs, books, dvds and maps, Freeview TV with DVD & video player with beautiful views of the large garden and sea beyond.
Kitchen: Light and sunny with views of the large garden and countryside with sea glimpses. Electric oven, toaster, iron and fridge, walk-in pantry. Dining table and chairs.
Master bedroom: Double bed, bedside lights, antique chest of drawers and mirror. Garden views.
Second bedroom: Single bed with bedside light, pair of bunk beds with reading lights, travel cot, children’s books, toys and games. Countryside views.
Bathroom: Original enamel bath, washbasin, mirrors, WC. Hot water is by electric immersion heater.
Garage: Washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, portable barbecue, various beach and garden toys.
Outside: Spacious decking with wooden table and chairs and distant sea views. Large gardens with swing and slides for small children. Ample private parking for three cars.

Weekly change-overs are on a Friday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
