Scallop Cottage is a charming end-of-terrace cottage conveniently situated in a quiet road just above the harbour and town centre. Wonderful sea views can be enjoyed from the main bedroom whilst the spacious rear patio provides ample space to sit out and dine alfresco during the summer months.

Ground floor: Open plan kitchen with larder fridge,freezer, microwave, electric oven and halogen hob. Small dining table with 5 stools and further seating at breakfast bar. Undercover utility area with washing machine and drying area, side entrance and steps to rear garden. Lounge with open fireplace, leather sofa and chairs, flat screen TV and DVD player. Patio doors to front giving picturesque views of the town and harbour area.

First floor: Bathroom with bath and shower over, washbasin and WC. Bedroom with double bed and French windows opening to small conservatory and out to rear garden. Good sized bedroom with bunk beds and built in wardrobe.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with king-sized bed, built in wardrobe, large window giving wonderful views of the harbour bowl area and out to sea.

Outside: Parking space to side of property, spacious multi-level patio with table and chairs and UPVC garden room providing additional shelter and drying space.Small well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy

Because of the multi-level nature of the rear patio, including a number of steep steps, all children must be supervised in the outside areas and this property is not suitable for children under 5 years old or those with mobility difficulties.

Weekly change-overs are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it allows much easier traveling in the peak periods. We do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
