Seacat Cottage is a fabulous three bedroom cottage overlooking Brixham Harbour. This charming row of colourful cottages is ideally located to enjoy views of the harbour from both inside and out. The accommodation is very nicely presented and includes exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings two bathrooms.
Outside there are two seating areas, to the front a lovely south facing patio where you can sit out and enjoy the glorious harbour views whilst to the rear a climb up a set of steep steps will take you to a secluded terrace where you can look across the roof tops and out to sea.

Ground floor:Lounge with harbour view, beamed ceiling and exposed stone work, Free view TV and DVD player. Dining kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Utility area with washing machine and tumble drier and door to rear garden via steep steps.
First floor: Double bedroom with harbour views, bathroom with bath and shower over, wc and washbasin, further bedroom with single bed.
Second Floor: Twin bedroom with views over the harbour out to Torbay. Shower room with walk in shower WC and washbasin.
Outside: Front patio with seating and harbour views, secluded rear terrace with sea views over the rooftops. you can park to unload outside the front of the property, free on street parking is available in the road that runs behind Seacat cottage.

Weekly change-overs are on a Friday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
