Seagulls Rest is a Grade II listed traditional fisherman's cottage conveniently located within easy walking distance of the harbour and town centre. It has a large kitchen / dining room with a stable style door which opens onto a lovely patio. There is free wifi internet available for your use and with its convenient location and and cosy atmosphere, Seagulls Rest makes an ideal holiday choice throughout the year.

Entrance level; Lounge with exposed stone wall, sofa, two comfy arm chairs, Freesat TV and DVD player. Winding stairs lead down the kitchen-dining room and up to bedrooms and bathroom;
Patio Level; Good sized kitchen-dining room with feature low beamed ceiling, washing machine, fridge freezer, separate wine fridge (sorry wine not included!), microwave, small dishwasher, table and 4 chairs, stable door opening to rear access and patio garden with seating.
First Floor; Master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, two wardrobes
Second Floor ;Bathroom with walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom with twin beds and built in dressing table.

There is free on-street parking in the surrounding roads. Alternatively the Oxen Cove car-park is a short walk away for which a weekly ticket may be purchased allowing parking in all Torbay Council Car parks. This ticket maybe purchased in advance online from Torbay council and posted to your home address see here.

Weekly change-overs are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it avoids the traffic in the busy season. We do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
