This newly renovated cottage is conveniently situated just a few minutes walk from Brixham harbour and town centre. The owners have created a characterful a cottage combined with up-to-date features, making Seahorse Cottage an ideal holiday property. The cottage overlooks the harbour bowl area and enjoys lovely views of the town, with a glimpse of the harbour, from the dining area, whilst the master bedroom has a view across the harbour to the sea. The property includes wooden floors and a number of original artworks, which lend a great deal of character to the accommodation.

Ground floor: Character stable door with stained glass opening into hall with wooden floor. Lounge with lovely working fireplace, flat screen digital TV with DVD, sofa bed providing additional sleeping if required. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, and a dining table overlooking the town. Utility room with WC, washbasin and washer/dryer.

First floor: Master bedroom with vaulted ceiling giving a very bright and spacious feel, window overlooking the harbour with sea view and wall mounted flat screen TV. Bathroom with WC, washbasin and bath with shower over. Further bedroom with twin single beds.

Outside: There is a small patio area that can be easily accessed through a little gate next to the house. It has table and chairs with a lovely view of the town, which makes an ideal spot to sit out and relax in the summer. Seahorse Cottage is located on a quiet narrow road above the town centre and you can stop outside the property to unload. Free on-street parking is available within 100m of the property, alternatively the town centre car park is a short walk away for which weekly tickets are available. Well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
