Short Breaks

Short breaks are available at most properties from the beginning of November to the end of March.

From the beginning of April to the end of October (but excluding the school holiday weeks which are shaded green on our price lists), we can usually offer short breaks, providing that your stay does not cross-over the properties usual change-over day. (So for weekend breaks in these periods choose properties with either a Friday or Sunday change-over day).

Prices for short breaks are based upon a percentage of the full weekly rate as below;

2 or 3 nights 75% of weekly rate

4 nights 85% of weekly rate

5 nights 95% of weekly rate

Please note that there is a £195 minimum charge at all properties except The Cuddy, Cobblers Cottage and Tranquility where the minimum charge is £169
