The property is in a residential close of similar properties which are built on the site of the former Steam Railway Station and it is very convenient for Churston Woods, Fishcombe Cove, Churston Cove and the historic Battery Gardens which make the ideal setting for a peaceful stroll. The house has a single garage nearby which will accommodate a small to medium hatch-back, alternatively there are a few unallocated parking spots in the close or parking in the road nearby.

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and for bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices.
