Sunset Cottage is a fabulous three bedroom cottage overlooking Brixham Harbour. This charming row of Seafarer's cottages was originally built so that the captains of the sailing trawlers could keep an eye on their boats below. The accommodation is reverse level to make the most of the panoramic views and is within a short uphill walk of the town centre and harbour.

Fantastic views of the harbour and bay are afforded from the lounge and two main bedrooms. Outside there is a private patio with steps leading to a wonderful garden room with large windows overlooking the bay and incorporating a wooden decking area where you can sit out and enjoy the view. A final flight of steps leads up to the private parking bay.

Ground floor: Entrance hall leading to Bedroom 1 with twin beds and sea views. Bedroom 2 with single bed. Spacious bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, wc and washbasin.

Being in an elevated position there are steep steps leading to the patio, decking area and parking space so this property can't be recommended for those with mobility difficulties and young children will need supervision in the outside areas

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
