To crown it all a large south-facing roof terrace offers probably the finest spot in Brixham to sit-out relax and take-in the constantly changing panorama unfolding around you. The property is extremely well appointed. with lovely wooden sash windows, tasteful furnishings, and digital TV. Its quiet yet central position allows easy strolls to the cafes, restaurants and shops around the picturesque harbour and main street.

The ground floor entrance opens to a spacious open-plan lounge/ dining area leading to a large open plan kitchen. Sash windows in the kitchen and dining areas provide a wonderful outlook of the town and harbour.

On the middle floor are 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. (the twin room is a good size and comprises a large pine single bed, with further pull-out guest bed). There is also a newly fitted bathroom on this level including bath and shower..... A final set of stairs from the first floor leads to the attic level which has been set-up as a separate snug area, ideal for teenagers with sofa-bed and TV and drinks fridge. Sliding patio doors lead to the large South-facing roof terrace with breath taking panoramic views from the harbour right around to the marina and out across Torbay. Table and chairs provide an ideal sunny, yet sheltered spot to sit and relax through-out the day.

There is free on street parking in the roads near the property and the Oxen Cove car park is only a short distance away. Pets are welcome at Tall Order by prior arrangement, please see our pet policy (note there is no garden but the park at Furzeham green is only a short walk away)

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday and short breaks are usually available outside of the school holidays (shaded green on the price list). We do not charge booking fees or extra for pets. Prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity & cleaning, you just need to bring you own bed linen and towels (we provide duvets and pillows for each bed). For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of 10% to the combined weekly prices.
