The Cuddy is a one bedroom, ground-level apartment situated in an old street close to Brixham town centre. The town centre and harbour area can be easily reached on foot via a choice of ancient paths that lead down into the town. The property has a south facing patio area with plant pots and seating which provides an ideal secluded spot to sit out and relax.

Inside the property there is a living room including a cosy sitting area dining table and 2 chairs, digital TV and DVD player. Leading from the living room is a bedroom with a zip-link bed (which can be configured as either a King size or two singles as required) and two built in storage cupboards.

Leading off the bedroom is a shower room with walk in electric shower, WC and wash basin. The Galley style kitchen has a breakfast bar and includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster and washing machine. The property has full gas central heating to ensure cosy stays all year round, bed linen, towels and a welcome pack are included. The owners have provided free wireless internet for your use, and there is free on street parking in the surrounding area.

Weekly change-overs are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it allows much easier traveling in the peak periods, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here
