The top floor living room has french windows which give a wonderful view of the harbour and open onto a high level balcony, which makes an ideal spot to sit out and enjoy the view. The property also benefits from a nearby allocated parking space, which is very rare for properties on the harbour front. The cottage is conveniently situated just a few feet from the harbour front and is ideally situated for you to enjoy the variety of activities and venues that Brixham has to offer right on your doorstep.

Ground Floor:  Fully fitted kitchen with fridge and microwave, leads onto small balcony with a view of the harbour and has an understairs utility area with washing machine.  Open plan dining area with dresser, table and 6 chairs.
First floor:  Newly fitted Bathroom with shower bath, WC and basin.  Master bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe.
Second floor :  2 bedrooms – one with double bed and fitted wardrobe and a single bedroom with harbour views.
Third floor:  Loft sitting room  with french windows opening onto balcony giving outstanding close-up views of the inner harbour.  Digital TV DVD player, Futon Sofa beds and additional fridge for refreshments.

Property Note: This property has steep stairs making it unsuitable for children under 5 years old or the infirm. Well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
