The Little Lookout is a fabulous one bedroom property overlooking Brixham marina and Torbay. The accommodation is very nicely presented and includes a cosy lounge with living flame fire and a custom built kitchen, whilst outside there is an extensive decking area ideal for barbeques where you can sit out and enjoy the glorious sea views. The owners have provided free wireless internet access for your use and with a large bedroom and adjacent luxurious bathroom it makes an ideal romantic getaway for couples. The owners provide a parking permit for the Brixham marina car park which is approx 300m walk from the property, which is an ideal place to park after unloading outside the cottage.

Ground floor:Lounge with Living flame gas fire and sea views, Free view TV and DVD player. Dining room with table and chairs. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Door to rear decking via steep steps.
First floor: Double bedroom with marina views and built-in wardrobes Large Bathroom with Roll top bath, wc, washbasin and walk in shower.

Outside: High level decking area (reached via steps to the side of the house) with table and chairs, clothes drying area and bay views to die for!

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. We require a 30% deposit (minimum £100 per week) to secure your booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure, we accept cheques, card payments and online bank transfers and details of our payment options are here.
