The Lookout is a fabulous four bedroom property overlooking Brixham marina and Torbay. This characterful stone built house is full of original features and is ideally located to enjoy magnificent sea views from both inside and out. The accommodation is very nicely presented and includes a cosy lounge with living flame fire and a custom built kitchen, whilst outside there is an extensive decking area ideal for barbeques where you can sit out and enjoy the glorious sea views. With 4 bedrooms and a separate dining room, it makes an ideal holiday base for larger family groups and the owners have provided free wireless internet access and a parking permit for the Brixham marina car park which is approx 300m walk from the property and an ideal place to park after unloading outside the cottage.

Ground floor:Lounge with Living flame gas fire and sea views, Free view TV and DVD player. Dining room with table and chairs. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Door to rear decking via steep steps.
First floor: Double bedroom with marina views and built-in wardrobes Large Bathroom with Roll top bath, wc, washbasin and walk in shower.
Second Floor: Triple bedroom with Double and single bed views over the marina out to Torbay. Single bedroom with harbour view, further bedroom with double bed.
Outside: high level decking area (reached via steps to the side of the house) with table and chairs and magnificent bay views. Clothes drying area.

Weekly change-overs are on a Saturday, we do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £40 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
