The Watch House is a stunning four bedroom holiday home with a commanding position overlooking the Brixham harbour. This truly exceptional property offers the very highest standard of accommodation combined with outstanding sea views from all principal rooms and the large sunny patio. The property has just undergone a meticulous refurbishment by the current owners and offers a spacious and beautifully appointed holiday home, with the very rare benefit of private off road parking for up to 2 vehicles.

The well-equipped kitchen-diner includes an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dining table with seating for 8 persons and a separate utility room provides a washing machine and drying area. The spacious lounge has a bay window with panoramic sea views and a stone fireplace. A feature curved staircase leads down from the entrance level to the lower floor where there are two family bathrooms, four bedrooms and an open-plan living area with second TV and DVD player which makes an ideal "den" for younger members of the family. The master suite has a king-sized bed and additional en suite bathroom. There are two further double bed rooms and a large twin-bedded room.

Outside there is a large sunny terrace with table and chairs which makes an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the ever changing seascape. Please note that the terrace has a low front wall and children must be supervised at all times.

The owners have installed wireless broadband which is available for your use use, along with a stairgate and high chair if required. One small well behaved dog may be considered subject to our pet policy.

Weekly change-overs are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it allows much easier traveling in the peak periods, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £100 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
