Truffle Cottage is a lovely three bedroom cottage just a few hundred yards from the waterfront at Brixham marina. The owners have created a very well-appointed holiday home by providing a high standard of furnishings, including several original artworks.

The property is conveniently situated within an easy walk along the waterfront to the harbour and town centre. Outside there is a lovely sunny courtyard enclosed with a five bar gate which has a table and chairs and provides a lovely spot to sit outside and relax. The property also benefits from the use of a parking space in the adjacent hotel car park

Ground Floor; Lounge with feature stone walls and log fire. satellite TV and DVD player. Recently fitted kitchen with gas hob electric oven, microwave and fridge. Sunny conservatory with dining table 5 chairs and fitted unit concealing washing machine.
First Floor; Bedroom with king-size bed and clothes hanging space, bathroom with corner bath and shower over.
Top Floor; Bedroom with bunk beds draws and clothes hanging, single bedroom with sea views.
Outside; Sunny enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and barbeque. Parking permit for adjacent car park included. Well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy.

Weekly change-overs are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it allows much easier traveling in the peak periods, we do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices. For information on short breaks see here.
