The property is conveniently situated in one of Brixham's most popular locations tucked away behind the breakwater with the beach, harbour and town centre all only a 10 minute walk away.

On the upper-floor there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom having a double bed and featuring twin windows with an outstanding views of the bay. The second bedroom overlooks the rear and has two full size single beds, whilst the third bedroom has one full size single bed. The bathroom which is also on this level has recently been refitted and includes a bath with shower over. Further stairs lead up to the spacious roof terrace which has outside seating and affords panoramic views from Brixham harbour right around to Exmouth and beyond. This is a truly wonderful place to sit out and relax and enjoy the outstanding and ever-changing views before you.

On the ground floor there is a cloakroom with WC and to the front of the property there is a driveway parking for one car with additional off-road parking available to the side of the house.

We do not charge booking fees and prices are fully inclusive of gas and electricity. For bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £40 to the combined weekly prices.
