Fantastic views of the harbour and bay are afforded from the main bedroom, so you are assured to wake up with a smile! We also have benches in the gardens which also overlook the sea & town below, a great spot for a G&T! The cottage is fully equipped, including gas central heating, dishwasher and has front and rear gardens for you to enjoy. There are two double beds, with a fold away single bed for juniors, sleeping up to 4 adults and one extra child.

Outside; Enclosed front garden with benches overlooking the harbour. Steps lead from kitchen to rear garden on 3 levels with grass areas and High level patio with views over the town and out to sea. Table and chairs and gas BBQ

We have installed wireless broadband for your use. There is also Freeview Digital TV with DVD and a PS2 games console . A parking space is reserved for you at Moorings End which is less than 5 minutes walk away. Well behaved dogs will be considered subject to our pet policy

Weekly change-over's are on a Sunday, this is very popular as it allows much easier traveling in the peak periods. We do not charge booking fees or extra for pets and prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity & cleaning. Outside of the school holidays (shaded green on price list) short breaks are available Sun-Thurs, or Thurs-Sun @ 75% of the weekly rate, and for bookings of 2 weeks we will be pleased to offer you a discount of £30 to the combined weekly prices.
